Fan Zhendong is a dominant force in table tennis and one of the greatest players of his generation. The Chinese superstar, born in 1997, is known for his explosive speed, precise placement, and powerful strokes - qualities he demonstrated at recent Olympic Games.  
 
At the Tokyo Summer Games, he won gold in the team competition but was defeated in the singles final by his compatriot Ma Long. At Paris 2024, he achieved the double: another team gold with his Chinese teammates, and, after beating Sweden's Truls Möregårdh in the final, he also claimed gold in the singles competition. It's no surprise that he currently tops the world rankings!
