Ninety years ago, JRD Tata took off from Karachi towards Mumbai in a single-engine Puss Moth, scripting history for India. His very first commercial flight, which carried 25 kg of airmail, laid the foundation for the establishment of India’s prestigious carrier and heralded the beginning of an era of aviation for the entire country.
