Explore Bihar - A Visual Treat
In India, Bihar is a popular tourism destination. Bihar's history is thought to date back to the start of India's civilizations, and the state prospered as the seat of magnificent empires like Magadh. It is also the home of two great religions, Buddhism and Jainism, which have spread throughout the world.

Religious attractions such as Bodhgaya, Nalanda, and Bihar Sharif dominate the southern half of the state. Bodhgaya is a prominent Buddhist shrine located near Patna, India's capital city. It's a beautiful drive to this location. Tourists from all over the world flock to this site to see where Buddhism began. Any traveller will appreciate and learn from spending a few days in this section of Bihar. The Muslims of Bihar make a pilgrimage to Bihar Sharif. In Southern Bihar, Nalanda is another significant location. Because of the historical significance of the ancient Buddhist study facility, the remains of Nalanda University are particularly attractive. Huen TsangMemorial Hall,
Nalanda Museum, Nav Nalanda Vihar, and Surya Mandir are among the other
sights to see. These are sights that travellers who visit this portion of Bihar would not want to miss. In Southern Bihar, you can go shopping as well. You can take exotic handicrafts, paintings, and photographs home with you.
Rajgir is a popular tourist destination. Rock-cut caverns, forts, Buddhist ruins, shell inscriptions, Hindu and Jain temples, and Muslim tombs are all found at Rajgir. By train and road, the town is well connected to the rest of Bihar and eastern India.
