Located in the southernmost part of the study area, in subantarctic waters, 340 km (184 mn) SE of Montevideo, 274 km (147 mn) from Punta del Este and 675 km (365mn), at approximately 1000 m depth, i.e. on the upper slope. The coordinates are close to the Challenger's historic oceanographic station 320. We assume a diverse coral and sponge garden. We will be there for 8 hours.
