Q. What is DOT RED Special Black Friday Sale?
A. The Black Friday sale changes ownership and key rights to the chillies.red domain name and the website application as it runs. The sale also includes one year of technical operational support with standard development limits.

Q. Who will be the qualified owner?
A. Any person/group or company/legal entity that pays the Offer Price as per the link/instruction provided on the Website, and receives a receipt confirmed by the current Owner's Recipient Account.

Q. What are the important features and instructions for buyer?
A. DOT RED has the following notes of instructions

• The app has two parts: one is entertainment and recreation, and the other is monetization.
• Entertainment and reacreation include YouTube video as part of the YouTube development program, whereby shareable YouTube videos can be streamed from the website application through Dot Red's unique assortment concept.
• Currently videos can be added by administrator login and are limited to 10000 videos per day, this limit can be increased by submitting relevant documents to Google by the legal entity
• Adding country-wise logins and videos to the app will help bring diversity and relevance to the concept. This requires international inclusion with a sustainable company.
• Monetization includes country-wise promotional link distribution, website advertising space and Cryptocurrency Exchange.
• Currently promotion link distribution is managed by website admin login, is fully customizable
• Admin can add promotion link in two steps, first step is to add brand and second step is to map the brand with global distribution or selected country. This distribution is currently managed by the help of Geolocation vendor API.
• Advertising spaces are currently vendor scripts, customization is possible.
• The source code of the application is available on GitHub with the login of [email protected]. After the ownership change the code can be used to manage the design or development of the website application
• Operational support is optional and includes installation of new hosting servers (Windows Hosting with SQL Server support) and setup of domain and website, including maintaining or changing code or data as per proprietary information. APIs (YouTube Data API, Geolocation API and Cryptocurrency exchange API) also need to be updated as per proprietary information.
• The current website is developed with the help of ASP.NET C# Webforms with MS SQL Server technology with the ability to code complex level requirements with rapid development. Technology migration is not possible in current application. Technology update or migration will require developing a new application.
• Operational technical support may be used as important guidance instructions to maintain the current running state of the website and to operate it. This does not include any warranty or claim.
• Any changes in the design or code will be subject only to the ongoing infrastructure of the website application. New updates or changes in the infrastructure may be chargeable and subject to standard project development.
• The current infrastructure of the website is ready to integrate Artificial Intelligence, Process Automation, Self Parking and Fintech for further growth and expansion.

A. Following are the deliverable of the Sale

• Transfer the domain name chillies.red to the rightful qualified owner as instructed/managed by Afternic/GoDaddy
• Change of ownership or important rights to the qualified owner
• Rights of source code of running website
• Important signed legal documents by a certified Chartered Accountant of India after purchase.
• Important signed bills/invoices/reciept and more necessary documents.
• One year (optional) operational technical support from the date of purchase.
• Related social media accounts, apps, APIs, domain emails and login credentionals.

Important notes:

• All services/goods are sold as is and are not accompanied by any guarantee or warranty
