This most powerful and intense full cycle chakra meditation music, featuring singing bowls and based on the Solfeggio scale, is here for you to help you open, activate and balance all 7 chakras. Starting at the root chakra (also called Muladhara) and rising successively, in order for you to resonate with your sacral chakra (Swadhisthana), solar plexus chakra (Manipura), heart chakra (Anahata), throat chakra (Vishuddha), third eye chakra (Ajna) and finally your crown chakra (Sahasrara), the meditation completes the cycle by playing each chakra frequency again all the way back to the root chakra.
